Jack D. Waggoner

A seasoned International Marketing Executive, Jack D. Waggoner has spent a lifetime exploring the diverse landscapes and cultures of Asia. As founder and CEO of Orient Pacific Corp., a Hawaiian corporation, he spearheaded the successful export of American machinery throughout Asian/Pacific markets. His exceptional contributions to international trade earned him the prestigious Presidential “E” Award for Exporting Excellence from the U.S. Department of Commerce.

Beyond his business acumen, Jack D. Waggoner is a prolific writer with eight published books to his credit. His works, including “Bird Nest,” “The Rainbow Zhanlue,” “Flight to Puska,” “Voyages Under Arcturus,” “Killing Isis,” “Dragon Breath Zhanlue,” and “The Army Within Zhanlue,” showcase his deep understanding of Asian history, culture, and geopolitics.

A dedicated public servant, Jack D. Waggoner served with distinction in the U.S. Navy aboard the aircraft carrier USS Philippine Sea (CVA-47). His diverse experiences and unwavering commitment to excellence have shaped his unique perspective and enriched his writing.

When not writing, Jack is out exploring the Mohave desert looking for a lost gold shipment from 1880.
